Customer Categorization and Customer Permission Settings​

  • Customer Categorization – Create custom categories and assign customers to them. A customer can be assigned to multiple categories, making it easier to organize and filter customer lists.

  • Customer Permissions – Assign specific customer-related permissions to individual users. This allows administrators to control who has access to certain customer data and actions, ensuring that only authorized personnel can view, edit, or perform tasks related to customer accounts.

💡 Tip
You can create a specific category for your customer and assign it to allow your customers to access and use the portal.
